At Langwith Bassett, we do not tolerate bullying. In order to support children who feel they are being bullied we have appointed Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. These children work together with the help of Mrs Lyons, to think of ways we can prevent bullying in school, and make it a happy and safe place for all.
The team meet with Mrs Lyons every Wednesday to look at ways we can promote anti-bullying at Langwith Bassett.
On Thursday October 13th our ambassadors, accompanied by Mr Stockdale (our anti-bullying Governor) and Mrs Lyons attended the regional Diana Award Ambassador Training at Springwell Community College. They had a fantastic day, finding out what makes an effective ambassador, how to deal with bullying and planning for our future roles of ambassadors in school.
